Ben bought a couple of amazing little pieces, of art drawn on old scientific publications, so the print is in the background, and the black, shiny lacquered frames compliment the two pieces perfectly. We found them at Dupre’s Antique Market in Marietta, and these were two of our favorites. The newbies: the deer on the far left, and the “big head syndrome” skull slightly inside the layout. Down on the lower left corner is another original piece, which he got on Etsy, of Bill Murray as a seahorse (yes, really). We bought a frame for it today too, at the same antique store. Love the bold additions to my living room!
