Aid Atlanta poster, aiming against the stigma and stereotype that “only gay men get AIDS.” It builds a list until it is basically universally inclusive, as risk groups expanded. This poster is part of the AIDS segment of the museum at the CDC in Atlanta.
Humans beings get AIDS.
I went through the whole museum, with the lovely and talented curator, Louise Shaw. You should go sometime, it’s federal, so it’s free once you go through the car inspection, etc., driving onto the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention campus. It is the only museum in any of the CDC offices in the United States, and its beautiful.
